Industrial waste water includes effluent generated during the production and operation of different steel enterprise processes, sewage and demineralized water from circulating cooling water systems, and concentrated brine produced during the production of demineralized water and pure water.
This company is a large-scale integrated steel enterprise and a stainless-steel company with an exceptionally large production capacity, aided by some of the most advanced technology and equipment available today. In October 2008, they invested in a new sewage treatment project, by which wastewater would be treated and reused, functioning as a supplemental water source. The goal was to assist in reducing urban sewage discharge, giving this company an industrial water recycling rate of more than 98.2%.
